Senior RF Design Engineer, AMI Semiconductor

The Senior RF Design Engineer will be responsible for developing ultra low power flexible radio designs for medical applications. We are looking for designers with many years of experience in RF and analog designs using deep sub micron processes (0.18 and below). In terms of circuit experience, we are looking for exposure to: PLL, VCO, LNA, Mixer, Filters (Analog and Digital), A/D, PA, Bandgap, Regulator, Opamp.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor�s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on electronics.
2. Master�s degree in Electronic Engineering preferred.
3. Experience with project management.
4. Problem analysis skills.
5. Customer oriented.
6. Team player with good communication skills.
7. Evidence of innovative thinking and design a strong plus.
